It is well established that children can benefit from therapeutic hypnosis, meditation and mindulfuness as much as adults. Children are highly susceptible to hypnosis due to their rich imagination and a more disinhibited, flexible and unbiased attitude towards visualization exercises. Changes occur faster in chidren and they are long-lasting, or permanent.

The parents' support throughout the intervention is vital to achieving the expected results. We work towards the child's benefit, not the parents'. We do not 'fix' the children; we facilitate and guide them through change.

Children usually see us between 2 and 5 sessions. Seeking pyschological advice is recommended, but not required to receive our services. The earliest age a child can experience therapeutic hypnosis is as young as four years old. Some of the issues that children bring to us are: study habits, bed wetting, classroom anxiety, public speaking, stuttering, interpersonal skills, eating habits, self-esteem, confidence, trust, bullying, siblings tensions, etc.

We welcome parents in the room during the initial session, and we also appreciate when they give the children space and privacy to express their own views and opinions one-on-one with the hypnosis practitioner.

All children follow the same video recording policies and protocols as our adult clients. They also receive the audio recording of the hypnosis session to use it for their own health benefit.
